Fair Usage Policy
Review the principles intended to support fair and reliable use of EPSILON services.
Introduction and Scope
This Fair Usage Policy provides general guidance for EPSILON internet service use and shared network stability. It does not guarantee speeds, availability, billing, installation, or service outcomes, which belong in a customer service agreement. Fair use helps keep shared network resources available.
Fair and Responsible Use
Customers should use EPSILON services lawfully for residential or business needs, without intentionally disrupting the network, interfering with other users, or creating security risks. Customers are also responsible for protecting router, device, and account access, keeping home or business networks secure, and choosing a plan that fits connected devices.
Normal Use and Network Performance
Normal residential and business use covers everyday activities such as streaming, gaming, video calls, cloud applications, and remote work. Internet performance varies with router placement, Wi-Fi environment, connected devices, local network factors, network capacity, and service availability, especially when multiple devices place simultaneous demand on the shared connection and local router.
Network Protection
EPSILON may review activity that threatens network stability or security, such as unauthorized access, harmful traffic, or attempts to disrupt network equipment. This is a network-integrity principle, not a description of any specific traffic-management or inspection system. Contract consequences belong in the relevant service agreement.
Related Policies
Personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy. Use of the website and enquiry tools is governed by the Terms of Service; this Policy governs network and service use. Billing, activation, installation, equipment, and customer contract obligations belong in a separate Service Agreement where available.
Updates and Contact
EPSILON may update this Policy as services and customer terms evolve; updates will be posted on this page. For questions about this Policy, please use the EPSILON contact page and include enough detail for the team to understand your request.
