This Privacy Policy explains how EPSILON handles information you provide while using the EPSILON website. It applies to coverage enquiries and coverage checks made through the current site. The website is currently an information and enquiry experience, and online processing is not yet available.
The coverage form asks for information needed to review your request. This may include:

- your city, area or neighborhood, and complete address;

- your preferred plan; and
- your confirmation that the request is preliminary and does not guarantee service, installation, pricing, or activation.

How We Use It
Information provided through the coverage form is used within the browser to validate entries, show submission feedback, and display a summary of what you entered. The current website does not transmit coverage submissions to an EPSILON backend.
If EPSILON later introduces live submission, persistent storage, or new service providers, this policy will be updated.
Storage, Sharing & Cookies
Coverage form values remain in browser state for the active form interaction. The current website does not send them to an EPSILON backend, and it does not name any service provider that receives enquiry information. EPSILON does not currently implement analytics, advertising pixels, or a cookie-consent tool.
The Home page uses a single non-identifying sessionStorage flag only to remember whether the brand introduction has already been shown during the browser session. No personal or enquiry information is stored in it.
Retention & Security
Because current form values are not stored in an EPSILON backend, no server-side retention period currently applies. Browser-held values exist only as part of the active browser experience.
EPSILON aims to handle information responsibly. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, and this website does not make such a guarantee.
Your Choices
You can choose whether to provide information, and you can omit optional information. You can leave or reset the form as the interface permits. Some requests, such as a coverage review, cannot be completed without the location and contact information the form requests.
Children & External Links
The EPSILON website is intended for people seeking information about internet services, coverage, or support. It is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please use the contact page so the matter can be reviewed.
